  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 to 4 ripe bananas (depending on the size)

  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • Pinch of salt (about 1/4 tsp.)

Dry fruits of your own choice (walnut, almond, peanut, chocolate chips)

You can also add cinnamon and coconut oil for more taste.

  • Your oven should be preheat at 350 F.
  • You need a bowl and mix 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup sugar together.
  • Add 2 beaten eggs and mix until it make a creamy mixture.
  • Add mashed bananas, vanilla and sour cream in creamy mixture and again mix it gently.
  • In 1 3/4 cup flour add baking powder, baking soda and a pinch of salt.
